Case, as the Skate Banana's are nearly impossible to come by unless you're willing to shell out $600... I scored a 2008 Lib Tech 159 TRS with the Magne-Traction. Lisa was following me on her conventional edge and could tell that I definitely had more traction on icy spots.
Stiffness (hehe) is the only thing I'm worried about - that's why I might hold out for a Skate Banana. Perhaps I'll give yours a run or two one of these weekends once you're home?
I've not ridden a banana, but the TRS is flexible enough for my taste. You're totally welcome to borrow my board. One of the next two weekends I'll not be gnar hunting, probably the wknd of Mar 1 as it's mum's bday.
